Second Freight Wagon and Three Loads

Top View. These wagons carried a wide variety of loads in an Army supply train. Bread in boxes were one of the staples that soldier got to eat. Others were flour, sugar, Dessicated vegetables, salt meat, and some dried peas or beans. Virtually all of the food supplies for both men and animals were carried in this wagons which constituted literally hundreds of wagons for the required supply trains.
